Welcome to the Friends of C and GX Hospital website

Welcome to our new web site! You will see that our hospital is changing as we open a new chapter in our history.   In response to suggestions from organisations providing physical and mental health services, social care and community support (including patient organisations, the Friends, GX Town Council and Parish Councils) and in line with National and Buckinghamshire policy, our hospital will become a centre to support integrated, health and wellbeing for our community. We are happy to announce the opening of a new Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub to serve the Chalfonts and GX Communities.

On this website we present: . Plans for our Future, which will be updated as they develop. Current services include support for   Chalfonts Primary Care Network, Start Well Services for children and families: Live Well Services for all ages and Age Well Services to meet the needs of older people. We outline possible Future Services  and the Friends hopes for Future Services, notes on Our Healthy Community outlining support for health and wellbeing.
